John Worobey is a Professor at Department of Nutritional Sciences, Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, New Brunswick, NJ and the research coordinator for the Nutritional Sciences Preschool. his research interest are Infant nutrition and behavior, children's diet and activity, eating disorders

Dr. Worobey conducts research with babies and young children involving nutrition and temperament. He also does research with college students regarding attitudes towards eating. He teaches a variety of courses at Rutgers, including Individual, Marriage, and the Family, Nutrition and Behavior, and Life-Cycle Nutrition.
