Biography
Currently, he is in Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, Israel .His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals. He is the Editorial Board Member of many Journals and serves as a member of various associations, apart from being an author for many books.

Dr. Felix Kirzhner’s research interests involve Influence of permafrost rock on working stability, Investigation and analysis of stability of large solution-mined caverns,rock salt,Studies of stabilization of unstable rocks, Estimation of slope stability,Recommendation for environmental protection, Use of interior part of the Earth, Creation of various types of rock anchors,Development of support construction for opencast and underground working; Evaluation of geological infrastructure and its suitability for development of underground structures,Investigation and analysis of rock-underground structure interaction in tectonically disturbed zones,Studies of nonexplosive destruction of kimberlite ore and disintegration of diamond ore, Construction of mineral-use maps and Recommendation for exploration of deposits.
