Biography
Dr. Elizabeth M. Arnold is an Associate Professor in department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine. Dr. Arnold holds a Ph.D. from Florida State University in 1998. Dr. Arnold’s primary research focus is on adults and adolescents and their risk behaviors. She has studied homeless adults and runaway teens as well as the risk of suicidal ideation and suicide attempts. Other clinical interests are sexual compulsivity, mood disorders, depressive disorders, cognitive-behavioral therapy, runaway behavior, homelessness and adolescent mental health.
