Athletics is defined as sporting competition on physical events. Athletes depend on accuracy, precision and power giving them synchronized muscular contractions. Increasing strength and power production is a common goal for sports persons in competitions. Athletics include activities, such as sports, exercises, and games and require physical skill and stamina. Athletics is mostly an individual sport, with the exception of races and competitions which combine athletes' performances for a team score. Athletes, despite ages, abilities rely on the performance enhancement to improve their skills. Athletes need to be trained well on strength, conditioning, injuries, rehabilitation, specific sport-skill, eating strategies to fuel performance, enhancement therapies, etc. Journal of Athletic Enhancement (JAE) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal and aims to publish the most complete and reliable source of information on the discoveries and current developments in the mode of original articles, review articles, case reports, short communications, etc. in all areas of athletic enhancement and making them available online freely without any restrictions or any other subscriptions to researchers worldwide. Journal of Athletic Enhancement focuses on the topics include sporting events, aspects of enhancement process, use of performance-enhancing substances, psychological and physical health of the athlete, rehabilitate injuries related to sport or recreational activity, athletic physiology and nutrition of athletes. The Journal is using Editorial Manager System for quality in review process. Editorial Manager is an online manuscript submission, review and tracking systems. Review processing is performed by the editorial board members or outside experts; at least two independent reviewers approval followed by editor approval is required for acceptance of any citable manuscript.
