Ventricular Tachycardia Revealing a STEMI with Coronary Aneurysm in a Patient with Sars-Cov-2 Infection
An Electrocardiogram (ECG) was immediately performed and showed ventricular tachycardia at 236 beats/min. The patient then experienced cardiac arrest by Ventricular Fibrillation (VF) that was successfully resuscitated after the first External electrical defibrillation. The post-resuscitation ECG showed ST segment elevation in the precordial leads suggesting an acute anterior ST Elevation Myocardial Infarction (STEMI).
