Unilateral Chorioretinal Finding: A Presumptive Diagnosis in a Case of 5 Years Ago Treatment of Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis
The most common manifestation of ocular tuberculosis in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis is choroiditis. Retinal periphlebitis is rarely caused by direct invasion of the retina by tubercle bacilli. A 27-year-old woman with complaints of decreased vision one month ago demonstrated with presume ocular tuberculosis.
