Rosai-Dorfman Disease of the Orbit – Review of a Case and Review of Literature

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD)/sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy is a benign cellular proliferation of histiocytes and lymphocytes, often presenting as painless cervical lymphadenopathy. However, subsequent orbital apex and periorbital mass biopsy showed involvement by Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD).
