Epidural Pulse Radiofrequency Treatment in Patients with Subacute Discogenic Radicular Pain
To study the effect of epidural pulse radiofrequency stimulation (PRFS) in patients with subacute discogenic radicular pain (RP). Thirty-four patients with RP secondary to mononeuropathies (cervical- thoracic-lumbar) were treated by epidural PRFS using a Radiofrequency generator PATRONA®- OMT GmbH&Co.KG and multifunctional PASHA-catheter electrode. Pain intensity was assessed over 3 months by Visual analogue scale (VAS).
