Encrypted and Distributed Data Transfer Protocol

Distributed Web is a relatively new invention of the Internet. As opposed to the current model followed by the Internet, called ServerClient model, Distributed Web has almost no concept of a Dedicated Server and no one is truly regarded as a Client. Every element is a Peer and thus the name Peer 2 Peer. This paper discusses about a new model being a possible alternative to the current Internet model along with various other proposals to implementing the Distributed Web. The paper also talks about how this model can be implemented using the current Internet technology stacks.
