A Facial Canal Paraganglioma with Intradural Extension via the Internal Auditory Canal

Facial canal paragangliomas are rare and by definition they arise from the paraganglia along the vertical portion of facial canal. We report a case of a facial canal paragangliomas with extension into the internal auditory canal. This report describes for the first time this avenue of extension of facial canal paragangliomas.
