"Journal of Primary & Acquired Immunodeficiency Research is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal that aims to publish the most complete and reliable source of information on the discoveries and current developments in all areas pertaining to Immunodeficiency. The journal successfully follows hybrid policy of publication that offers authors with the choice of publishing via customary subscription method or making their article open access. The Journal uses Editorial Manager System to maintain quality review process. Editorial Manager is an online manuscript submission, review and tracking system. Review process is performed by the editorial board members of Journal of Primary & Acquired Immunodeficiency Research; the validation by at least two independent reviewers followed by the editor’s approval is required for the acceptance of any citable manuscript for publication in the Journal. The study of immune system regulation and response to pathogens using genome-wide approaches is called Immunomics. The various mechanisms of functioning of the immune system and its regulation is now better understood with the help of genomic and proteomic technologies. Defects of the immune system such as immunodeficiency, autoimmune diseases and malignancies can benefit from genomic insights on pathological processes. Immunomics has the ability to look at the immune system as a whole and characterize it as a dynamic model. Current genomic technologies, like microarrays, can capture immune system gene expression over time and can trace interactions of microorganisms with cells of the innate immune system. New, proteomic approaches, including T-cell and B-cells-epitope mapping, can also accelerate the pace at which scientists discover antibody-antigen relationships.
