Biography

Dr. Robin M. Reich is currently a full professor of Forest Biometrics/Spatial Statistics, Department of Forest, Rangeland and Watershed Stewardship, Colorado State University. Dr. Reich has his undergraduate and graduate degrees from University of Florida in 1978 and 1980 respectively. Dr. Reich earned his PhD in Forest Biometrics from University of Florida in 1984. Before joining Colorado State University, Dr. Reich was been with Rocky Mountain Forest and Range Experiment Station, USDA Forest Service; and Florida Forestry Services, as a Research Consultant. He has been professionally associated with scientific research societies as a member namely American Statistical Association, Society of American Foresters, Grassland Sciences, Phi Kappa Phi, Sigma Xi and Xi Sigma Pi. His primary research and teaching interests deal with Forest Biometry, Natural Resource Sampling, and Spatial Statistics. He has over 45 refereed publications, 43 conference proceedings, 2 Book chapters and over 25 technical report.
